Question

How do I watch the livestream of the wedding??

Answer

We will be broadcasting live on www.Facebook.com/groups/stoutwedding4321 starting around 1:45 PM on Saturday April 3, 2021

Question

Why a (mostly) virtual wedding???

Answer

This past year has definitely presented its unique share of obstacles as far as wedding planning goes, I think we have planned and re planned about 12 times until we finally came up with this plan: a mostly virtual wedding! We will have some guests still attending in person but its only our bridal parties and immediate family that had no pre existing conditions. We would never be able to live with ourselves if anything happened to anyone as a direct result of coming to our wedding so this is the safest option while still being able to include everyone!

Question

How does the virtual part work?

Answer

We will be creating either a facebook event group to livestream the wedding in or be creating a Zoom chatroom. Currently we are exploring different options to try to have the easiest experience possible for everyone!

Question

For those in person- Are the wedding and reception in the same place?

Answer

No! The wedding ceremony will take place at Belmont Farm and then we will have dinner at Slice House in Leonardtown at 5 pm! We are doing are best to keep everything as safe as possible and as much as we would love to have a huge reception with everyone it's just not 100% safe to do so right now.

Question

I'm not comfortable going to dinner but I'll go to the ceremony since its outside- is that okay?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!We understand if you aren't comfortable, thats why there are two RSVP tabs on the RSVP page- one for the ceremony and one for the dinner. Just RSVP accordingly to one or both that you wish to attend if invited!

Question

Why a break between the ceremony and dinner?

Answer

First- so there was absolutely no pressure on anyone to go right inside from the ceremony and participate in the dinner. Do whatever you are comfortable with, thats why we have options!!! Second- For photos!! We have an amazing photographer Justine and her husband Michael from Captures By Justine coming down from Baltimore and we want to take full advantage of our time with them to go around to a few places and create some amazing shots!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we want you to have the night off and enjoy yourselves so no kids are invited unless otherwise specified in your invitation (really only newborns if mamas aren't ready to leave them yet)

Question

Are there saftey measures in place and FDA guidelines being follwed?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! Our venue is strictly following all CDC guidelines. Hand sanitizer will be found in the center of every table as well as near commonly used areas (bars, bathrooms, entrance, etc). We strongly encourage everyone to be washing hands and making smart/respectful decisions throughout the wedding and reception. Masks are not required but if you are more comfortable with one, wear it! No pressure on either side, just make smart choices is all we ask.

For all the days along the way
