Hotel
Xcaret is the hotel we will meet at and where all wedding events will take place. Join us through the 5th-8th ( or longer ) to take advantage of our room block pricing. Remember Xcaret is an all inclusive resort! This is extended past food and drink at 12 restaurants to include many extras. Such as a shuttle to and from airport. Access to 7 unique parks where you can enjoy activities like cave floats, cenote exploration, swimming with sharks, zip lining, four wheeling, sailing ventures, catamaran tours and more! Shuttles to and from parks as well as food and drink at the parks all INCLUDED with your stay at Xcaret. Once you have arrived all there is do to is relax, and embrace he ecological site this resort is nestled into. We want this to be special for everyone involved, you can make this time your own with everything the property has to offer. Travel Note
Please check your passport will not be expired within 6 months of April 2024 (October 2023). If you do not already have a passport this is a very important step I recommend getting out of the way first. You will need to find a Passport Agency near you or many USPS locations except first time passport applications and can also take your passport photo. Call ahead to verify. This is a process, documents need to be collected and DS-11 application filled out before your appointment. It will take about three months to receive your passport after your appointment but can take longer. Please do not wait until the last minute. It is 45 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the beautiful Hotel Xcaret. Round-trip airport transfers leaving every 30 minutes from 6 AM - 9 PM and every hour from 9 PM - 6 AM.
Flight
Cancun is the airport you should be arriving at, follow all usual customs procedures you're almost there! Hotel Xcaret provides a complimentary airport shuttle that arrives every 30 minutes at Cancun Airport.
