Question

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Dress to impress, but be comfortable. The weather in Squaw Valley can get up to the high 90's in the daytime, and down to the low 40's at night. The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all be outdoors. We recommend layers. Wear what makes you feel your best!

Question

SHOULD I BRING THE KIDS?

Answer

While we obviously adore the little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. If your kids are 4-12 years old, you can look into enrolling them in Mountain Buddies for a half day, full day, or evening of fun activities supervised by their expert staff. Please find a link to more details in the 'Things to Do' section! Another option for child care is Lake Tahoe Sitters. More info in the 'Things to Do' section!

Question

HOW LONG SHOULD WE PLAN TO STAY?

Answer

This is up to you of course, but we highly recommend making a vacation out of this wedding! The bride and groom will likely be arriving in the Tahoe Area on Wednesday 07/06 and leaving the following Sunday evening 7/10. If you can only stay for the wedding weekend, we recommend arriving the day before the ceremony on Friday 07/08.

Question

CAN I POST PICTURES FROM THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL?

Answer

Of course there will be time for pictures! Before the ceremony & during cocktail hour would be best. Make sure to use our hashtag! #LEGALTOSEGAL One ask - Please be sure to keep your cell phones and cameras away for the entire ceremony & during all key events (ie first dance). We have carefully handpicked our wedding photographers so that every moment is captured, and we want these photos to include your beautiful faces, not your personal devices.
