The wedding will be held at: Gold Canyon Golf Resort 6100 S. Kings Ranch Rd. Gold Canyon, AZ 85118 While many of you may be familiar with the resort for its golf courses, this time the celebration will take place at the front of the property. Just past the entrance, you’ll find the venue on the left side of the road. There is a dirt lot directly in front of the venue where you can park.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, offering beautiful open-air views. Afterward, the reception will take place indoors.
We suggest a semi-formal dress code to match the relaxed yet elegant atmosphere of the event. Please dress appropriately for the mild Arizona winter, with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-60s to low 70s (maybe a little cooler), and cooler evenings. For Women: A cocktail dress, a dressy skirt or pants with a nice blouse, or a chic jumpsuit would be perfect. You can also layer with a shawl or jacket for the evening chill. For Men: A suit or a dressy blazer with slacks and a button-up shirt. You can skip the tie for a more relaxed look, but please keep it polished and classy. Comfortable shoes are recommended, as some areas of the venue will be outdoors. Please note, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or ivory, as those colors are reserved for the bride.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly suggest arriving by 4:00 PM to allow time to park, explore the venue, and find your seat.
Dinner will be served buffet style and includes the following: ~ Garden Salad A fresh mix of greens and vegetables, served with ranch or balsamic dressing ~ Garlic Bread Toasted to perfection with garlic and herbs ~ Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella, served over a bed of spaghetti ~ Cheese Tortellini with Basil Cream Sauce Tender cheese-filled tortellini tossed in a creamy basil sauce ~ Green Beans Lightly seasoned and sautéed green beans for a fresh and simple side We hope you come hungry!
We've provided a bar service. Drinks will be provided with cash.
We kindly ask that you let us know whether or not you’ll be attending by Friday, January 2nd, 2026. Due to venue restrictions, we may not be able to reserve a seat for you if we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline. Your timely response helps us plan a wonderful day for everyone.
Plus ones have been included on a few invitations. If you’ve been given a plus one, you’ll see a space to include their name when you RSVP on our website. If you don’t see that option, it means we’re unable to extend a plus one at this time. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our celebration intimate and appreciate your understanding.
