Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP via the QR code by Sunday, May 31st! If we don't hear from you by then, we will miss you celebrating with us, but we'll have to mark you as "not attending" for our final catering counts.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that all guest arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony so you can get settled and enjoy the beautiful setting. Our wedding will begin right at 4:00 PM, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Barn at Willow Brook, so no need to worry about travel between events.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting Semi-Formal attire.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has a capacity that we must adhere to. We can only save seats for those listed on the invitation. When you scan the QR code to RSVP, you will see the names of all invited guests within your party.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation. When you scan the QR code to RSVP, you will see the names of all invited guests within your party. We hope this advance notice allows you to still join us for our big day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
You can find our recommended hotels on the Travel page. We’ve reserved room blocks at the listed hotels for your convenience. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of additional options in and around Leesburg—but we think the hotels we’ve selected will be especially convenient for the weekend’s events.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is plenty of on‑site parking at The Barn at Willow Brook. Just a heads‑up—our venue is tucked away in the beautiful Leesburg countryside, so you’ll enjoy a little scenic adventure on the way, complete with charming backroads and a bit of gravel. Think of it as the perfect pre‑wedding mood‑setter!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We’ve hired an amazing photography team to capture our ceremony, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras remain tucked away until the reception!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution to our Honeymoon Fund, or a selection from our registry on the "Registry" tab would be sincerely appreciated.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. We can’t wait to celebrate and dance the night away with everyone!
