Kyle had brought the ring with him on a weekend getaway to Holden Beach, NC in case the perfect moment came along for him to pop the question. After a sunset bike ride, Kyle and Mariah returned to their AirBnb which had an eagle's nest deck overlooking the ocean. When Mariah said that she was going to head up to the deck to watch the sunset, Kyle waited a few minutes, grabbed the ring, walked up the stairs and got down on one knee!
