NO. We will be escorted in and out of the park by Disney's guides, so you will not need a ticket to attend the wedding. If you want to go to the parks on your own time, you will need to purchase tickets in advance.
Safety is our #1 priority, and so is Disney’s. The best defense against the COVID-19 virus is the vaccine. If you are planning on attending our wedding, please get a COVID-19 vaccine. Visit Walt Disney World’s Know Before You Go page to stay updated on the current safety protocols: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates

We decided against doing a room block as Disney's deals and packages are better than what the wedding and celebrations team can offer. Compare prices to make sure you are getting the best value before you book. Check Disney's website, Costco Travel, and other travel sites. We recommend staying at Walt Disney World's Swan and Dolphin resorts. Learn more about these properties and why we recommend them under the “travel” tab.
ASAP to make sure you get the hotel you want. Rooms are booking up quickly because Disney is celebrating its 50th anniversary through the end of 2022.
We recommend arriving at least the night before the wedding. The wedding ceremony will take place at 5pm on Sunday, so you could fly home on Monday.
Talk to Mariah - they say it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at something and she has definitely watched more than 10k hours of Disney YouTube. She can probably answer any questions you have about planning a trip.
You can get a small discount on park hopper tickets using this link: https://disneyurl.com/Weddings or by calling the Weddings Preferred Tickets Team at (407) 827-6799.
We completely understand that many of our loved ones may be unable to attend our wedding due to the pandemic and other life circumstances. Please know that we love you all and will not be offended or hurt if you cannot make it. If you had previously RSVP'd and are no longer able to make it please let us know as soon as possible so we can update the guest list with Disney.
