Ceremony- Parking is available in the lot and on the street. You may also choose to uber or lyft. Reception- Parking will be street/metered. There are a few parking garages available. You may also choose to uber or lyft.

Answer

There are all kinds of hotels in downtown phoenix near the reception venue. The options that are walking distance (15 minutes or less) include: The Cambria Hotel, The Found:Re, Best Western Downtown, or The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.
