Please keep in mind that you will likely have to use the ferry to travel from Galveston Island to Bolivar Peninsula where Crystal Beach is located. With this in mind, please plan for a slightly longer travel time as your travel may include a wait time for the ferry.
There are many nice beach house rentals along Crystal Beach and the surrounding Bolivar Peninsula area that are available through Airbnb. A rental on Bolivar Peninsula would place you closer to the location of the wedding. However, if you choose to stay at a hotel in Galveston, we have put together a list of hotel recommendations that are not too far from the ferry.
