Justin and Mariah met at a welcome party just days after starting the Disney College Program. Justin would make a bet with Mariah that if he beat her at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin that he would get to take her on a date and that is exactly what he did -their first date would be dinner and bowling at Splitsville in Disney Springs. The rest you could say was a fairytale.

After a long day playing in Hollywood Studios, Justin would ask Mariah to be his girlfriend in the parking lot (specifically the Donald Duck Music section). Their time would then be spent soaking up all the magic that Disney had to offer until the College Program would end in January of 2018. Justin and Mariah would go back to their respective colleges and conference rivals, Louisiana Tech University and Western Kentucky University. Justin would move to Kentucky after his graduation in 2019 and the rest is history.

After six years of being together, Justin would plan to finally get down on one knee during their January trip to the most magical place on earth. It was a cool morning at Magic Kingdom when Mariah would say yes to her Prince Charming in the place where they fell in love just steps away from the location where Justin worked during his program.
