When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Our wedding planner requires the final headcount by JANUARY 10th 2025. When you RSVP, you’ll be able to confirm your attendance or decline. As this is a destination wedding, we are unable to accommodate changes after the deadline. If we do not receive your RSVP by January 10, 2025, a follow-up card will be sent to notify you that the deadline has passed. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

The Bride and Groom are keeping their wedding intimate and specify on the invitation who is invited. If you are wanting to bring a plus one you will have to contact Felicia Montoya (832-605-8696)

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same place

Answer

Ceremony will take in the Garden at 2pm Cocktail hour is still at the Garden and starts at 6pm. Reception is in the Garden and starts at 7pm If you need assistance finding the location the hotel staff will be more than happy to assist.

Where should I sit?

Answer

At the Ceremony : Mariah and Jordan want guests to mix at their wedding by not having designated sides for seating. At the Reception: There is a seating chart and will be placement cards when you arrive to the Garden

What if I am staying at a different hotel / resort ?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you! Please note that the hotel has a policy that requires a fee of $100 for outside guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this joyous occasion together.
