Our wedding planner requires the final headcount by JANUARY 10th 2025. When you RSVP, you’ll be able to confirm your attendance or decline. As this is a destination wedding, we are unable to accommodate changes after the deadline. If we do not receive your RSVP by January 10, 2025, a follow-up card will be sent to notify you that the deadline has passed. While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
Ceremony will take in the Garden at 2pm Cocktail hour is still at the Garden and starts at 6pm. Reception is in the Garden and starts at 7pm If you need assistance finding the location the hotel staff will be more than happy to assist.
At the Ceremony : Mariah and Jordan want guests to mix at their wedding by not having designated sides for seating. At the Reception: There is a seating chart and will be placement cards when you arrive to the Garden
