Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There will also be a golf cart shuttling guests from the parking lot to the venue entrance.

Will there be gluten free options?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any allergies/dietary restrictions and we will make sure there is something for you to eat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Springhill Suites Hotel will be offering a shuttle to the wedding venue at 2:30pm for any guests that are doing early check in at the hotel and are not planning on driving. At the end of the night, there will be school bus transportation to the hotels! The bus will leave at 9:15pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be indoors! With a designated smoking area outdoors.

What kind of food will be offered?

Answer

A variety of small plates will be offered during cocktail hour. Dinner will be BBQ food, buffet style. Dessert will consist of donuts and a s’mores station!

What kind of music will be played?

Answer

We have an expansive music taste, and we both love dancing! That being said, in hopes to not offend anyone, we want to let everyone know up front that explicit music is allowed to be played/requested after 7pm!
