The invitation is your ticket to the fun stuff - the reception! We both have debilitating stage fright and have opted to have a very small ceremony with just immediate family so we can truly lean into the importance of it all. But we'll be ready to celebrate the day with everyone a few hours later with live music and really good food!
You're a part of it! All of you have touched our lives and had an impact on our relationship over the last 14 years. In an effort not to have 130 bridesmaids and groomsmen, we opted to forgo the traditional "court" (as Mariah keeps calling it) and surround ourselves equally with everyone who has supported us and cheered us on through our zig-zagged trajectory here - and that's you!
There is not! There are lots of excellent spots to choose from both in Portland or just outside. Many options in the city are within walking distance of the venue, but lyfts and ubers are always at the ready. Feel free to contact us for more info or direction.
The dress code is cocktail-esque and fun. Wear something that makes you feel excellent!
