Question

What is the situation with COVID?

Answer

As long as the weather cooperates- the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are each entirely outdoors or in an open air pavilion. The Friday welcome reception and Saturday afterparty have both indoor and outdoor space available to guests. We have also confirmed that nearly all guests attending are fully vaccinated, and the limited few who are not will be providing a negative COVID test result. All event staff will be wearing masks.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, you will need to fly solo (and make new friends). Due to COVID restrictions, we are unable to expand our guest list.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Preferred- It's actually simpler than it sounds: We would love for men to wear a tuxedo, but it's not a requirement. If you end up going tuxedo-less- a formal dark suit and tie instead. Ladies! Go a bit dressier and wear a formal floor-length gown, or you can choose a dressy cocktail dress, paired with heels or dressed-up flats. Elegant pants suits are also acceptable. #pantsuitnation

Question

Is there parking at Onteora Mountain House?

Answer

Yes, the venue has parking, but space is limited, so we encourage you to ride the bus from Woodstock!

Question

What is the dress code Friday?

Answer

Cocktail Attire

For all the days along the way
