Question

Will there be other events taking place at the venue that day?

Answer

Yes, another celebration will be taking place on the property that day. Their event will be held in a separate celebration hall located near the entrance of the property. Please continue driving past that building until you reach the white chapel, where our ceremony will take place. Our cocktail hour and reception will take place at the White Manor Estate, both located on the same property. We kindly ask all guests to begin at the chapel for the ceremony. Parking near the chapel is limited and should be reserved for guests who may need closer access, including those who are elderly, expecting, have children, or require accessibility accommodations. Additional parking is available in front of the White Manor Estate, just beyond the chapel. Gentlemen may wish to drop off the ladies at the chapel entrance before parking, allowing for a more comfortable arrival without a longer walk.

Will any part of the wedding take place outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, the cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with a short walk from the chapel

Are there other wedding weekend events?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a Western-style welcome party. This will be a relaxed, come-and-go gathering with drinks, held outdoors. Western casual chic is encouraged —lightweight dresses, jeans, boots, cowboy hats, or anything else that feels comfortable and fun to you! The wedding day passes so quickly, and this is a sweet opportunity for us to spend a little extra time together and welcome our guests traveling from near and far.

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Answer

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, along with suits and elevated cocktail dresses. Color is encouraged, and lightweight fabrics are recommended for August in Texas. See the Guest Attire Inspiration page for pictures!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly suggest arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to settle in and find your seat.

Question

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the wedding venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, we won’t be offering transportation, as our guests will be staying in a variety of locations throughout the area. We recommend planning to drive or using a rideshare service, whichever is most convenient for you!
