What's the dress code?!
Answer
Garden party formal; To give you the vibe of our wedding, our wedding is going to take place at a rose garden ranch, full of bright roses and other flowers. Wear floral prints or lighter hue attire. IMPORTANT: the walkways are gravel and grass for the most part, other than some stoned areas; it is best not to wear stiletto heels as you may trip or sink!

Have we reserved a block of rooms at a hotel?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at [hotel name]. Please book your stay by [insert cut off date] to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code [insert code] or mention the [your last name and your partner's last name] wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and from hotel to the venue?
Answer
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. However, there is free on-site parking for about 100 cars on our venue.

Are there plus 1's and children allowed?
Answer
We are not allowing additional plus-ones or children to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The number and/or names of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. As for children no kids under 16 will be allowed to the event do to saftey concerns with bodies of water on site and it is not within our signed agreement with the venue.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Kindly choose wedding attire in any shade besides black, white, ivory and cream.

yes, there will be accommodations for allergy/ dietary restrictions. Please note on the RSVP page any restrictions we need to know.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. Our address is attached when purchasing from the registry. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What's the wedding itinerary?
Answer
Our wedding will take place at Garden Valley Ranch, Petaluma, CA on May 14th, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 9:00 pm.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 3:00 pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space located about a 2 minute walk from the parking lot and find a seat.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. However, we give the go ahead for before and everything after!
