Our Love Story

We met in San Marco, a beautiful and historic neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida. Tiago had been temporarily transferred to work in Jacksonville, and our paths crossed there—not by chance, but by God's plan.
It wasn’t love at first sight. In fact, our hearts were focused on just one thing: Jesus. We were both seeking a partner who loved God above all else. We made a promise that we would never take a step forward unless God confirmed it in our lives.
We fell in love not just with each other, but with the way we each loved God. That is the foundation of our relationship and the reason we chose to say yes to marriage.
We both believe that we are only able to love because God loved us first. To us, marriage is not just a commitment—it's a sacred covenant, a divine promise that began in God and continues through us.
