The ceremony is formal (i.e. dress shirts, suits, and tuxes), but please feel free to wear jeans or more comfortable shoes at the reception! Also, please feel free to wear white to this wedding as the bride will not be! For any questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out to Cody or Maria.
The reception dinner will be a buffet spread of brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken with sides of mac n cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and cheesy potatoes. Please be sure to help yourself to seconds! Lemonade and tea will be provided by the caterer, but all other drinks, including alcohol, will be available at the Civic Center's concession. (There will be a cash bar included with the concession, prices range from $1 to $4.)
Yes, there is assigned seating of 8 guests per table in order to make guests more comfortable. However, please feel free to move around and mingle with others! You will be made aware which table is yours on the day of.
While we haven't specifically booked any hotel blocks, we do have recommended hotels listed under the Travel tab. Cody's manager will give friends and family discounts for these hotels for our guests. The hotels will likely be limited to a certain number of discounted guests at a time per each hotel, so please contact Cody (or Maria if you don't have his number) for the discount information.
We kindly request that all RSVPs be returned by September 1, 2024. If you still need more time before you can confirm or deny your attendance past this date, please reach out to Cody or Maria.
This is a child-friendly wedding! Please feel free to include your children in celebrating the festivities with us!
