Hi friends! Check the Schedule page for info on Friday and Saturday night. The basics, though: Friday night starts at 8pm, eat dinner before you come. Saturday shuttles start running at 5:30pm, and will bring you back after! Vow renewal starts at 6:30pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Looking for an excuse to feel fabulous in a sparkly evening gown? Need an excuse to wear that fur coat you found at a second-hand shop? Always wondered if you can pull off a velvet blazer or a bright color? Now's your chance! We've dubbed our dress code "Met Gala" — long dresses, beautiful suits or tuxedos, glitter, sequins, fur, etc. Have FUN, bring your jewels and party hats, and let's celebrate!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones 🥰 but this party will be adults only.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the party?

Answer

We will have transportation provided from the Hilton Garden Inn to and from Iron City. If you're not staying at the hotel, please plan to take care of your own transportation OR get yourself to the hotel in time to catch a ride!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, truly, but if you'd like to extend your generosity further we are registered for a few select items through Zola (link on our site!).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will be buffet style and manned stations. We're trying to make it so that we have something that would accommodate those who need to avoid gluten, dairy, soy, animal products, or malt (for our dear William). If you have an additional request, please reach out to Symone to let her know, and we'll do our best!

Question

What time should I arrive at the party?

Answer

We'll update this properly once the timeline is set, but we will have a small ceremony (likely a vow renewal) around 6:30pm with the party starting around 7pm.

Question

What are your Covid prevention requirements?

Answer

Thank you all for being supportive and positive as we do our best to navigate all this — we're doing everything in our power to make this a fun and safe event! We feel the best way to ensure everyone's safety and peace of mind is to require proof of vaccination from all party attendees. When you RSVP, please upload your information by copying and pasting this link into your browser: https://forms.gle/Brn8SuiHvXdgKgTu7 Note that to be considered fully vaccinated by January 15th, you need to have received your second shot no later than the week of December 27th.
