Cool, compact eatery about 3 miles from downtown featuring gyros, souvlaki and other traditional Greek eats, plus beer and wine. It’s a nice neighborhood for walking and shopping.
One of several breweries in Scotts addition, an old light industrial district that is filled with good breweries also including the Veil Brewing Co. (1509 Belleville St.) and Hardywood Park Craft Brewing (2410 Ownby St). Hardywood frequently features live music.

Beautiful and large park featuring themed Italian and Japanese gardens and more importantly for Maria, a petting zoo area. Feeding and petting goats at Maymont was a regular past time of ours in Richmond.

Giant historical cemetery in the Oregon hill neighborhood. Thomas proposed to Maria here (weirdo) ! A truly beautiful piece of nature in the middle of Richmond. Current home of Jeff Davis, J.E.B. Stuart, George Pickett, and several US presidents.
Cary street is Richmond's main shopping, dining, and entertainment street.
Richmonds best antique mall. Featuring real stuffed dinosaurs and mid-century modern.
Richmond's art musuem. Thomas' favorite section is the Ashcan school and Marias is the impressionism and Japanese landscape prints.
