Question

What is the dress code for the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests dress in formal or cocktail attire that honors the sacredness of the Church. Gentlemen: Please wear a suit - ties are optional. Ladies: Please consider bringing a shawl or other cover-up for the ceremony.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Think Miami weather - Cartagena in December is warm, breezy, and beautiful! Expect daytime highs around 85°F (29°C) with plenty of sunshine, and evenings that stay comfortably in the mid-70s (24°C). It’s the dry season, so rain is unlikely.

Question

Do I need a passport or visa to travel to Colombia?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required. U.S. citizens do not require a visa for stays under 90 days. Please ensure your passport isn’t expiring within six months of travel.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception have air conditioning?

Answer

The ceremony will not, but the cathedral is airy & will provide large fans & abanicos. The reception will have A/C.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless explicitly outlined in your invite, we do not have the capacity to accomodate a date for everyone. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need clarification!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Kindly reach out to us if you require any special food accommodations.
