Robert and Maria met in a high school biology class where they were randomly paired to be lab partners. What started as a simple coincidence quickly turned into a friendship filled with laughter, shared notes, and finding any excuse to keep talking after the bell rang. Before long, Robert and Maria were inseparable and began dating in May 2016. Four proms, six graduations, countless milestones, and a decade of growing up side by side, Robert and Maria knew, without a doubt, that they belonged together. To celebrate their nine-year anniversary, Robert planned a surprise trip to Bermuda. On a pink sand beach, with the ocean behind them, he got down on one knee and asked Maria to spend forever with him -- and of course, she said yes.
