*Walk around galaries, shops in San Miguel and have lunch at Cafe Umaran. There you can also get tour of the place, do Razor tours, hot springs, there are many vineyards too. Don't miss out on some roof top drinks!
* Go the have Lunch o a romantic dinner at La Santisima Trinidad Vineyard.
* In Guanajuato there are: Torture museum, Museum of the Mexican mummies, the house of Diego Rivera, El pipila, experience a "callejoniada" and more.
* In Dolores make sure to try the ice cream, and all the street foods.
