FAQs

Question

How long is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is a traditional Catholic mass in English, Spanish, and Latin and should take approximately 1 hour.

Question

How do I get from the church to the reception?

Answer

Personal vehicles are a convenience but not always a necessity. For those guests who do not want to drive this evening, we recommend using Lyft or Uber. This will allow you all to enjoy the evening with peace of mind and drink in hand! For those driving themselves and their families, the venue provides complimentary valet service for your convenience, so finding a spot on Lilac Road isn't necessary.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 4/29/20. This will allow us to get all of your information over to our vendors to best prepare for our wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church between 1:00pm and 1:45pm. We will begin promptly at 2:00pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible at our wedding, but please come ready to celebrate. The venue is an indoor/outdoor facility and despite our wedding happening in May, nights may still get chilly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please limit your guest count to the invited guests only. For those who would like to bring a date that has not been invited, you may bring that up to Maria and Nick directly. We want to celebrate with as many loved ones as possible, but we all know that throwing a wedding is expensive - and surprise guests can not only be a hassle but an added cost.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Families and kids are absolutely welcome. We will have a number of fun activities to help entertain children during our reception.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We absolutely want all of our guests to get a warm meal at our wedding! Please select your dietary restrictions on the RSVP section of our webpage. If there are SERIOUS allergies, please bring them up to Maria and Nick directly and we will accommodate your needs.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available at both the Church as well as Ethereal Open-Air Resort.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Currently we do NOT have any planned shuttle service from any of our preferred hotels to the church or the venue. Please plan accordingly.
