We shared so many picnic dates here, and it’s where Marcellus first introduced me to Peterson’s Donuts, monopoly, and our gazebo. On one of our dates, a woman thought he was proposing, and we laughed it off at the time (her husband was mortified 🤣). Little did we know that years later, we’d come back to this very spot and he’d actually get down on one knee and ask me to spend forever with him! 💚

This spot brings back so many fun memories. We spent countless hours here, trying to impress each other while pretending we could totally handle the Double Peak hike without getting winded 😂. It’s become one of our favorite places, and it’s also where I made the gourmet sandwiches that are still one of our favorite traditions today. 😋💕

After dinner, we headed to Regal San Marcos for our first movie together and watched Bohemian Rhapsody. Who would have known it would be the first of many dates and adventures to come.💚

If you know us, you know we both have a serious sweet tooth! 🍦 La Michoacana in San Marcos was one of our go-to spots whenever we were craving a treat. Needless to say, when we moved in together in Vista and discovered there was one nearby, we were absolutely ecstatic! It quickly became one of our favorite local stops. 😋💕
