We are getting married

Maria moved to the United States to study, and after graduating, accepted a traveling job that eventually brought her to a small town in Utah, named Logan. Although she had visited Utah before, starting over in a new place felt daunting. At a colleague’s suggestion, Maria downloaded Bumble BFF and Bumble, which led her to Logan:A Utah native who had grown up in the very place she was just beginning to call home. They bonded over music, food, travel, and health, and chose a Halloween night for their first date at a scary maze. Maria, as always, arrived early. When Logan texted to say he was already there and asked her to let him know when she arrived, she simply replied, “Dim your lights,” because she was already there too. Inside the maze, Maria remembers feeling scared, and Logan instinctively stepping in front of her, placing her safely behind him. In that moment, she felt protected; a feeling that has stayed with her ever since. Despite their different backgrounds, upbringings, and life paths, God saw it fit for them to meet at his right time. Logan became Maria’s first friend in Utah, his family became her family, and today she knows she isn’t just marrying the man she loves she’s marrying her best friend.
