For those of us flying, RDU is conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 10 minutes from Cary and has many direct flights.

For those wanting to stay in downtown Raleigh, this hotel is a great option. Walkable to restaurants and bars, it is a short drive to our ceremony ($8 uber) and about 20 minutes from the reception ($15 uber). For those wanting to stay in a lively area just outside of downtown Raleigh, the Aloft Raleigh is a great option. Located near NC State and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, it is about 10 minutes from the ceremony ($8 Uber), 15 minutes from the reception ($10 Uber), and 20 minutes from the airport ($18 Uber). It is also walkable to our welcome party location $199/night with room block (King and double Queen rooms) link below!!

For those wanting to stay closer to the reception, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle is a great option. Located about 10 minutes from the reception, 20 minutes from Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral, and just 5 minutes from the airport. Has a shuttle to/from the airport! ~$150/night Still working on room block.

Another great downtown option! Located about a $7 Uber from our welcome party location, about a $7 Uber from Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral, and about a $13 Uber from The Matthews House reception, this hotel offers a convenient stay for traveling guests. Located near a historic neighborhood in Raleigh and easy access to the rest of downtown.

Following the ceremony, transportation will be provided to the reception. As guests will be staying in multiple locations, transportation TO the ceremony and FROM the reception will be on your own. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available, and both the church and reception venue have ample parking.
