Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. A suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome. Please refrain from wearing jeans. The bridesmaids will be in a powder pink if you would like to avoid!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there are shuttle services at the Kalahari Resort and the Hampton Inn & Suites. Please note, if you are staying at the Tru By Hilton, this hotel shares a parking lot with Hampton Inn & Suites where there will be a shuttle pick-up spot. Shuttles will go as follows: From Nyumba Villas at the Kalahari to the wedding at 2:00pm and 2:25pm. From Hampton Inn & Suites to the wedding at 2:15pm and 2:40pm. From wedding to Nyumba Villas at Kalahari & Hampton Inn & Suites at 9:00pm, 10:00pm. and 11:15pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the same location. For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. Please make sure you have a safe ride home if you plan on drinking! You can leave your car at the venue overnight; however, all vehicles MUST be picked up on Sunday, June 21st by 11am.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we cannot allow for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one.

Are children invited?

Answer

In order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family. Thank you for understanding!
