Non-Kenyan visitors should apply for an electronic travel authorization (ETA)

This is the electronic visa that is required before travel to Kenya. It cost about $30 dollars. All non-Kenyan citizens must apply at least 2-3 weeks before their intended arrival date in Nairobi. For more information, visit their FAQs page here: etakenya.go.ke/en/pages/FAQS Before you apply your eTA, you will be required to have the following information and documentation: -Valid passport -Recent passport style picture OR a selfie picture -Applicant contact details -Travel information and flight itinerary -Proof of accommodation booking -Purpose of travel (our wedding invitation card should suffice for this)

Travel from Airport to Nairobi Centre

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport in Nairobi, where all international flights arrive, you have the option of a pre-arranged transfer from Nairobi Airport to your reserved accommodation within Nairobi City (Using the Nairobi Express Way to avoid traffic) at a price of : - Kshs 4,500/= per transfer per car load (Maximum 4 Pax) - Kshs 6,500/= per transfer per car load (for a bigger van - Maximum 6 Pax) Please quote ‘Maria & Dennis’ Wedding’ and you will also have a driver meet and greet you at Jomo Kenyatta airport arrivals area with your name written on a sign. Travelling Around Nairobi

Uber is relatively inexpensive in Kenya and the most effective way to get around, but we recommend that you activate the safety pin on the uber app. Consider opting for Uber Chapchap as it’s more affordable. While car rentals are available, we suggest avoiding them since Uber is quite inexpensive, and navigating Kenyan roads can be challenging for non-local drivers. We also advise against using Public Service Vehicles or motorbikes.
