Q & A

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website by May 2nd.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking around St. Nicholas, including free street parking in front of the church on Union Blvd. Woodstone has free parking in front of the venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal / black-tie optional. Evening gowns and tuxedos or suits are appropriate. The wedding party color scheme is black, white, and champagne. The ceremony will be fully indoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings - including a patio during the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

As you may notice, there is some down time between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Use this time however suits you! Guests may check in to their hotel, arrive at the venue and take in the beautiful grounds and lodge, or explore Bethlehem! We have provided some of our favorite spots for local food and drinks on our ‘Things to Do’ page.

Question

Will there be vegetarian/vegan options?

Answer

Yes! We will have several options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate our guests comfortably within the venue’s capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You will find the details about your party size, including plus ones, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!
