- Muir Woods National Monument: One of the best places to see coastal redwoods. Plan a few weeks ahead as you need to reserve parking or a shuttle ticket to get there. - Sausalito: a tourist town with shops, dining and views of the SF Bay. Check out The Spinnaker.
Wine tasting is a favorite NorCal pastime. There are tons of great wineries all across Sonoma and Napa counties, with some favorites being Reverie, Honig, Chimney Rock, and more. Napa County is only a 20-30 minute drive from Benicia. Reservations are advised.
