Is there a Shuttle to and from the Wedding?

Answer

There will be shuttles to and from the wedding. Shuttles will start to pickup guests at 3:45pm. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at: 1. Steamboat Gondola Transit Center (2305 Mt Wener Circle - Mountain) 2. Wells Fargo Parking Lot ( 320 S Lincoln Ave - Downtown) *Shuttles will be circling to take guests back to both the Wells Fargo Parking lot downtown and the Steamboat Gondola Transit Center starting at 9:30 pm and running until midnight.

Rodeo Tickets

Answer

We recommend you buy your rodeo tickets at the rodeo, when you enter that night. Adults are $20. We will all be sitting on the concrete bleaches on the south west side of the arena.

Can I Drive to the Wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking in a field on the North side of River Road. From the field you will have a 5 minute walk to the venue. We do encourage guests to take the provided shuttles.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

This was so hard for us because we love your kids, but we are unable to have them at the wedding. The only kids invited are sibling related nieces and nephews that are in the wedding ceremony. Thank you for understanding. We also want all of you to enjoy the evening and be able to let loose a little. 😉 *Kids are invited to all other events besides the wedding.

Camping?

Answer

We will have camping in a field at the venue. There will be limited facilities (outhouse), but Steamboat Health & Rec is nearby and has great showers. If you are planning to camp please let us know.

Pets?

Answer

We love your pet, but unfortunately cannot have them at any of the events.
