Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

obviously

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Final cutoff is Febuary, but the sooner the better! We totally understand that destination weddings, especially on a weekday, aren’t the easiest to plan around, and we appreciate you even considering making the trip. That said, we have very limited space at our venue and need a final headcount early to make everything work smoothly. If you’re even thinking about coming, please let us know as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly (and hopefully save you a seat!).

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re so sorry, but our venue isn’t set up to be child-friendly, so the wedding itself will be adults-only. That said, if you’re bringing little ones along for the trip, our wedding planner can help you arrange a trusted local babysitter so you can still enjoy the celebration worry-free. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Feel free to ask us, as we get a final headcount we may be able to add guests. As of right now, we’re only able to accommodate the specific guests listed on your invitation. Our venue has very limited space, and we want to make sure all of our family can be there for the ceremony. That said, dates are absolutely welcome to join you for the trip itself and they’re more than invited to hang out at any afterparties or celebrations outside of the wedding!

Question

Is Isla Mujeres safe?

Answer

Yes, Isla Mujeres is widely considered one of the safest destinations in Mexico for tourists. It’s a small, welcoming island with a relaxed, community-oriented atmosphere, and it’s known for being far calmer and quieter than many larger tourist hubs. Visitors regularly walk around town, explore beaches, and enjoy local restaurants with ease. As with any travel destination, basic precautions are always recommended: keep personal belongings secure, use licensed taxis or golf carts, and stay aware of your surroundings, especially late at night. But overall, Isla Mujeres is known for being friendly, safe, and easy to navigate perfect for a stress-free wedding getaway.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, since everyone will be staying in different hotels, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxi's are easily booked ahead of time, and we recommend doing so. We also recommend renting golf carts on your trip, but driving a golf cart under the influence is also absolutely not allowed. Please be safe and smart.
