Semi- formal! The venue is climate controlled!
BWI is about an hour and a half away from Mechanicsburg but it is a lot cheaper than Harrisburg airport at times. There are a few flights here and there where you can get a great deal into Harrisburg airport though, which is about 30 mins from Mechanicsburg!
