Instead of traditional hotel rooms, Woodloch offers 4-5 bedroom, and 2-3 bedroom, houses, to be shared with family and friends! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and shared living spaces. At the time of booking, you can let the associate know whom you plan on staying with, so they can coordinate. The house block rate is from Thursday to Sunday. Rates are per bedroom per night, including taxes and service charge. These rates also include all of the activities at the resort. o Friday & Saturday night: $187.00 o Thursday & Sunday night: $140.89 To reserve your accommodations, please call 800-966-3562 option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations.
You will only be charged for the room you are staying in. If you would like to stay in the house Friday to Sunday, but your housemates staying in the other rooms will only be staying Saturday to Sunday, you will be charged two nights, and they will be charged one.
Unfortunately, due to venue space, we are unable to accommodate children, except for those in the wedding party. But kids are welcome at the welcome dinner and post wedding breakfast! If you would like to bring your children to enjoy all of the family-friendly activities at the resort, Woodloch has several babysitters they work with regularly (all have background checks) who can watch your kiddos. They can even come meet you during your stay, before the wedding. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
A lot! We encourage you to check out Woodloch's website to see all of the fun things you can do at the resort that are included with your stay—such as kayaking, taking a dip in the pool, mini golf and more. The only things that are not included are a meal plan and spa services.
Woodloch is located in the Pocono Mountains, so it can be sunny and 65 degrees during the day, but drop down to the 40s at night, so bring layers! The Friday night barbecue is very casual—wear whatever you'd like! Jeans, shorts, sundresses, T-shirts—anything goes! On Saturday, we are hoping (weather dependent) to have the ceremony outside on the grass by the lake, so you may want to bring something to keep you warm in case it's a little chilly. Also consider what shoes you'll be wearing as you'll be walking on grass (but just for the ceremony). Saturday night for the after-party, we'll be hosting a bonfire, so make sure to bring warm clothes for that! Sunday we'll be having breakfast 9-11 so you can stop by on your way out.
