Crab Island

Crab Island was once an actual small island made from deposited sand via a dredging project done by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, but is now a large sandbar located on the north side of the Destin Bridge at the southern entrance of the Choctawhatchee Bay, inside Destin’s East Pass. Being in the middle of the water, Crab Island is only accessible by boat. If you're feeling up for a workout, you can try to get there by renting a kayak or a SUP, but there are also plenty of options through various vendors to either rent a motorized boat or to experience Crab Island through a guided excursion. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park

Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park is the Largest Water Park on the Emerald Coast. Among it's tropical landscaping and cascading waterfalls there are more than 40 water attractions including four children's areas, high speed body flumes and thunderous white water tube rides which empty into meandering lazy rivers. The adventure park is complete with one of the largest regional tropical mini-golf courses and two adrenaline pumping thrill rides.
