What is the Dress Code?

Join us in embracing the relaxed, coastal spirit of Northern Michigan with Beach Boho attire. Think light, airy, and comfortable—just leave the swimsuits and beachwear at home. Do Wear: • Flowy dresses, summery prints, & tasteful florals • Linen shirts, breezy button-downs, rolled sleeves • Neutral-toned suits, no tie required • Leather sandals, dress shoes, or cute flats • Big “I’m vibing on the lake” energy Don’t Wear: • Graphic tees (yes, even if it says Coors Banquet) • Flip flops or bare feet (unless you’re in the lake, which you won’t be) • Cargo shorts or gym shorts • Anything that’s ever touched a frat basement • Swimsuits. Seriously.

How do I get around Petoskey?
Answer
Petoskey is a walkable town if you're staying downtown. Most of the hotels listed on our website are 1-2 miles from the town itself. We recommend renting a car so you can adventure around and explore the area! There’s no shuttle service, and Uber/Lyft aren’t commonly used—so we recommend planning ahead! Check out the Travel page for local transportation options.

What will the Weather be like?

Temps in the mid to high 70's, it will be an outdoor ceremony so remember your sunscreen! The rest of the evening will be indoors with an outdoor patio.

We love your little ones, but to allow all our guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our wedding an adult-only event - with the exception of Margot and Tyler’s 3 nieces Olivia and Violet Millen and Vivian Vitcenda.

When is the rsvp deadline?
Answer
Please, let us know if you plan on attending by July 1st, 2025. We plan on closing RSVP’s at this time. If you have a sudden change in plans and can no longer attend, please contact Margot and Tyler directly. If you did not RSVP by the 1st, you will be put down as not attending.
