What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive before 6pm - the Maryland Science Center is an operating museum and the staff need time to set up the event after the center closes. Recommended arrival time is between 6:15 and 6:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal attire is suggested! Who doesn't love an excuse to get fancy :) The ceremony and cocktail hour will occur outside on the brick patio, with the reception dinner, drinks, and dancing moving inside. All events will take place at the Maryland Science Center, so no need to bring a change of clothes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, you are welcome to bring a date! A place for your guest's name will be available on your online RSVP. However if your invitation was just addressed to you, we'd prefer to have you all to ourselves for the evening :)

We are giving all you parents the night off and are excited to spend the night with just you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is minimal parking at the Maryland Science Center, however the venue is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel blocks so we recommend you walk.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please make a note when you RSVP and we will inform the caterers of any dietary restrictions.

What are the COVID restrictions for the wedding?

Answer

We will announce any COVID-related information closer to October 1. For now, we are asking all attendees to be fully vaccinated.
