We can't wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people. Thank you for all the continuous love and support. See you in Texas! Love, Margot' and Dustin
Margot' was the "new roommate" to one of Dustin's close friends. The first night the roomates went out to Legends to celebrate, Margot' met Dustin not knowing that she would be meeting her future husband. They secretly started dating a few months later. Timing is everything and unfortunately that was not their time. Dustin and Margot' both moved on, but always kept one another on their mind. Almost 2 years later, Margot' decided enough time had passed to unblock and start following Dustin on Instagram again. Dustin was on vacation at a Seahawks football game and posted about how loud the crowd was. Margot slid into his DM's saying it was because of "the 12th man." Dustin then responded to this Shakespearean esk love language with "why aren't we married yet?"
About 2 months before the proposal, Friday evening walks and picnic dinners would become Margot' and Dustin's routine. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, Dustin asked for Margot's parents' blessings. The day before the proposal, Margot' received devastating news that almost ruined Dustin's proposal plans. Friday night came around, and Margot' was in no mood to do their routine. But with Dustin's encouragement, she decided she would go. Dustin surprised her by asking her to be his wife, skipping the small detail of ever asking her to be his girlfriend. This also came with the contingency that Margot' would no longer consider herself a fan of any baseball team other than the Dodgers, to which she said "yes" to both. To top it off, he then surprised her by bringing her family and close friends to celebrate at one of their favorite watering holes, The Auld Dublander. It was more than she could have ever asked for.
