If you are choosing to stay onsite - on the RSVP there will be a place to confirm yes or no for the onsite package. From there, we will then send booking instructions etc! We have room onsite for all guests, so do not worry about first come first serve. For this specifically, please let me or Nick know if you have questions in the meantime.
Invites will be sent out by the end of March, RSVP will be required back by June 1st, to ensure accurate headcount, and give us time to assign rooms. In the RVSP we will be confirming if you are staying onsite with us!
Stay at Kennolyn! They have a stay and play package outlined in the FAQ - which is a per person fee that includes BOTH food/drink AND accomodations for the weekend. As far as the requirement the short answer is no, but we’d love it if everyone did! All meals are included in the package price. Guests will stay in cozy, hotel-style cabins to complete the camp vibe. Please stay with us!
Ideally, all guests will stay onsite! Here is a link to the Kennolyn Stay and Play package. https://www.kennolyn.com/stay-play

Renting a car from the airport for those staying onsite would be the easiest way to get there. Ubers are a little bit unreliable in the area, as it is in the mountains. You most certianly could get one TO the event, but Sunday departure could be tricky.
We do not have a hotel block for offisite guests. We will be designating a to-be-determined hotel, as the shuttle pick up and drop off for offsite guests.
No! Kennolyn has a strict policy on this. There will be no available parking, and Uber is scarce. You will be required to take the shuttle!
While it is encouraged to stay onsite for the weekend. If you are unable to, you can join in the Welcome Dinner, and Sunday Farewell Brunch, for a fee, please reach out and let us know if you'd like to attend either of these. As far as the day of the wedding (the 29th), you will be shuttled in, 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a plus-one or children unless it is specifically noted on your invitation.
Check in on Friday the 28th spans from 4pm - 6pm, if you are arriving later than 6pm to the camp, please let us know so we can make arrangements. Please arrive on the 28th if possible.
There are 35 parking spaces, all designated for those staying onsite only. We strongly encourage carpooling as well!
San Jose International Airport, or San Francisco International Airport are the closest and offer multiple flights a day from your individual locations!
Late August is usually mild and sunny, with daytime highs around 72°F (22°C) and cool evenings near 55°F (13°C). In the redwoods it can often get a little chiller in the evenings!
We have free range of the camp. More details to come, but you will be able to access all hiking trails, basketball court, tennis, pickleball, lawn games, and the pool! As well as giant chess and a few other scheduled activities that we will give more details on later.
Lodging is free for children under 16 when accompanied by two adults, $225/night for ages 13–20, $175/night for ages 5–12, $100/night for ages 2–4, and free for children under 2.

While your presence is a gift enough for us, in lieu of physical gifts, we are asking instead for a donation to our honeymoon fund! Details on this will be in the registry section of the website.
For those on site, please be ready at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. For those off site, we will schedule a pickup from a shuttle, that will arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time of 4pm
The venue closes the reception at 10pm, this is when all off site guests will need to depart the venue via a mandatory shuttle (no driving on your own). Everyone staying at the venue, can continue the party inside at the lodge until the wee hours of the night!
Of course! Guests will have a gate code, so you are free to come and go and explore the town as you please.
At the ceremony, we request that everyone be unplugged, phones off and present. We would love to share this moment with you, without the distraction of ringing phones, and photos. We will have professional photographers who will take tons of photos, that we will share with you all after the big day! After that, go crazy!
Any updates will be posted here. Since the weekend events on Saturday (games, etc) are not finalized yet, we will update here when we get closer! Also, at the venue, for those staying on-site we will have a bulliten board with an activities itinerary
Nothing mandatory, except a great attitude and some dancing shoes! If you want to bring hiking gear, or swimsuits, we will have weekend activities for all ages!
Feel free to reach out to Anna & Nick directly! On the day of, there will be a coordinator, but for now, we are here to help!
If you have to arrive late, closer to the date, the venue will reach out with check in instructions for your late arrival. Please keep in mind, this is a last resort, as a venue staff member will have to stay up and wait for you. We fully understand you are busy, and travel can be complicated, if you have questions, let us know!
Each cabin will be billed to one individual. We will designate one person per cabin to handle the payment with the camp. That person will pay the full cabin cost upfront, and then you can settle among yourselves—collecting Venmo or checks from the other cabin members as needed.
If you need accessibility accommodations, please let us know. The venue can provide golf cart transportation to cabins, etc.
