The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Camp Tannadoonah. The ceremony will be held outside at the amphitheater, cocktail hour will take place in the Dining Hall with activities and lounging in the yard. The reception will take place in the Dining Hall.
The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. Guests should begin arriving at 4 pm to have time to park and make the short walk to the amphitheater.
The dress code for our wedding is Michigan wedding casual. Wear something fun that you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or whatever brings you joy! Since our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, we recommend wearing shoes that will be comfortable on grass or gravel. Please be prepared for cooler temperatures in the evening.
There is limited availability for overnight cabin rental at the camp. All beds are single bunk beds. If you are interested in reserving a cabin or cabin share, please send us an email at margo.strebig@gmail.com. We have suggested some local hotels and camping options, detailed on the Travel & Accommodations page. In addition, there are Air BnB and VRBO rentals available in the area. To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults-only. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our day.
