DoubleTree is located right in the heart of downtown Madison, just a 5 minute walk from the reception venue and about 20 minute walk to the State Capitol. A free shuttle is provided for transportation to/from the airport as well as to anywhere in a 2 mile radius.
Flight
MSN is the closest airport to Madison (~15min drive from downtown). If you book in the room block for the DoubleTree they provide a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Flights to MSN are often a bit pricier, but you can also fly into Milwaukee (MLK) or Chicago (ORD) and rent a car or take a bus to Madison.
