We are getting married!

Our story started with a last-minute decision and a little bit of fate. In 2022, I made a spur-of-the-moment trip to Bridge City to visit my college roommate and ended up tagging along to a birthday party for someone I'd never met before—Gavin. It just so happened to be his 21st birthday, and one conversation was all it took. We've been pretty much inseparable ever since. Over the years, we've built a life full of laughter, a growing vegetable garden, three chickens, and our two dogs, Ymir and Fillmore. In October 2025, Gavin proposed during a sunrise picnic in the park with Fillmore by our side, creating one of our favorite memories together. Looking back, it's funny to think that one last-minute trip led us here. We can't wait to keep growing together, growing our family, and one day exploring every national park on our bucket list.
