Wedding Date Change

Our venue was thankfully not damaged in the Bridge Fire, and we will be able to hold the wedding about a month later than initially planned. The new date and time is October 18th 2024, at 4PM. Please RSVP again, as we have reset the RSVP list to reflect the new date. Thank you all for being patient with us as we work around this postponement. We look forward to celebrating with you soon!

Wedding Update 9/10/2024: Bridge Fire

The ongoing Bridge fire in the Mt. Baldy area has affected our venue and the community of Mt Baldy has been given evacuation orders due to the fire. At this point, it is not possible for us to have our wedding at the venue this Saturday 9/14. From the latest updates we’ve received, it seems that the venue and lodge were thankfully not destroyed in the fire. We are working with the venue to postpone our date and will be in touch with you as soon as we have an alternate date set. We know that many of you have booked travel and lodging for the wedding, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing everyone. This is a difficult time for us, but we can’t imagine what this is like for those living in the mountain communities affected by the fire. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. We hope that you can make the new wedding date, and we look forward to celebrating with you in the near future. Love you all, Margo & Andres

How We Met:

Our story began back in 2008, when we were in high school. We met camping at Doheny State Beach. After some liquid courage (sorry mom) a group of teenage boys decided to mingle with a group of teenage girls. Shortly, they would discover that not only did they go to the same High school.....their parents were neighbors! A few months later they attended Andres's senior prom together. A few years later, after Margo graduated college and and moved back home, the rest was history. She finally agreed to go on their first "official date" at the Mission Inn. Ever since then there has been countless adventures, new homes, camping trips, graduations, career changes, Disney trips, our first pet Denver, and SO much more. Time has really flown by. Last year, Andres finally proposed at the very same place they met at Doheny State Beach. We can't wait for this exciting new role as husband & wife!
