When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know as quickly as possible if you plan on attending one or both parties. The venues will require a 30-day notice for Italy and 14-days for St. Pete.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The dinner party in St. Pete starts promptly at 7pm and lasts 4 hours. Please be on time, as our caterer plans a delicious sit-down dinner with several courses and wine pairing. For Sicily we recommend arriving the day prior or even earlier. Our international travelers may consider flight delays. We want you to be stress free and enjoy every bit of your stay!

Are kids welcome?

Yes, absolutely, but only the well-behaved ones... Just kidding, bring the little ones. We will have kid meal options at both events.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please check out our hotel section for suggestions. There are plenty of AirBnB options as well. Feel free to reach out to us if you are unsure about the location of your accommodations. In St. Pete not every part of the town is recommended. Taormina is a small walkable town. Just stay close to the city center or surrounding areas of the Grand Hotel Timeo (see Event section for exact address).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, absolutely! Please specify when you submit your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Both locations have parking. In St. Pete we do recommend however to take an Uber ride or walk, depending on the location of your accommodations.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are still in the planning stages..... Potentially in St. Pete we will offer a casual optional get-to-gether the evening before the dinner party for those that arrive on Friday. Location TBD. In Sicily we may offer for folks to tag along to excursions such as a wine tasting or exploring the volcano, or a boat ride.

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

No gifts please! Your presence alone is the biggest gift, and we appreciate you taking the effort to join us. If you do feel the need to give, please consider a local charity of your choice.
