Matron of Honor
One of my best friends and colleagues I met while serving in the Marine Corps. We spent countless hours dealing with our work requirements together and any chance we got we would go on lunch breaks to the mini mart across the street, and yes crayons are our favorite dessert. To this day she is one of my best girlfriends who always has sound advice and hilarious comments.
Best Man
Is my favorite brother aka my only brother. We met April 8 1994, and became best of friends. We were roommates for 18 years but then joined the military and went our own ways. Have always been each others support through thick and thin.
Bridesmaid
We met at ODU when she first began dating one of my childhood friends. From college parties to jalapeño popper fiestas, moving parties and trips to visit each other across the country this woman is extremely sarcastic, adventurous and will have your back in any fight (especially if it's a marine animal). Oh and if you get cold she can knit a mean sweater. Ahhh I can feel the warmth right now.
Groomsman
Travis and I met on the USS Enterprise and yes it was the same ship Captain Kirk was Captain over. We served together for 4 years flipping pancakes and scrambling eggs for Mr. Spock. You couldn't ask for a batter person to have your back when Scottie was mad at you for over cooking his steak. Margeaux would say this is my second wife.
Bridesmaid
Amanda and I met through Tyler and Jared. I like to call her Amanda San Diego as in where in the world is Amanda... as she flys around the world I get to live vicariously through her trips and get even more excited when she comes to visit.. even if she double books and misses the LSU Alabama game we have been planning for months. (We forgave her for it)
Groomsman
Jared and I met in Hawaii through some mutual friends and it stuck like glue. If you need someone to hype you up Jared is the greatest friend to do that. To be honest we still don't understand how he is a Bama fan when he graduated from LSU but we will let his conscience figure that out. Let me get a Roll Tide!!
Bridesmaid
Mackenzie and I meet through Tyler. They served on the same ship and I still can't believe he made a friend. Mackenzie is my favorite home decorator and isn't afraid of power tools. She is a mean cook and always up for adventures. I'm still waiting for her to start her HGTV show so we can be her first clients.
Groomsman
John and I met at shuckers. John is a bartender and after enough drinks I built up the courage to ask John on a date... I mean ask John to go golfing with me. It was a hole in one. John is one of my greatest friendships I have built and I can count on him time and time again.
Bridesmaid
Always on an adventure from mountain biking, skiing, hiking, visiting the beach or taking my brother to the urgent care for the 10th time. Nicole keeps things interesting. I am not sure how she deals with my brother, but if she can deal with him then she's welcome to the family.
Groomsman
Welcome to the family Andrew. Margeaux introduced me to Andrew one night over the phone and we became best friends like in step brothers after just a few common things. Between Star Wars, golf, and just being goofy this relationship has blossomed into a beautiful petunia.
