Where will the ceremony and the reception be?
Answer
The ceremony and the reception will be held at the Club at Renaissance in Fort Myers, Florida. They are located ten minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, have multiple hotels right outside the main gate and twenty-five minutes from multiple beaches.

When should I arrive in Fort Myers?
Answer
In order to facilitate a relaxed and stress-free celebration, we would like to kindly recommend that our guests consider arriving the night before the wedding. By doing so, you'll have ample time to settle in, unwind, and prepare for the festivities ahead without feeling rushed. We understand that making travel arrangements can be complex, and we genuinely appreciate your efforts to accommodate our request.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Our venue, the Club at Renaissance, is located in Fort Myers, Florida. There are three hotels within walking distance of the venue. These hotels can be found in our 'Travel' tab.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors. In the case where weather does not permit for an outdoor ceremony, the ceremony will be moved to an outdoor space with an alcove.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony." This means that there will be no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Florida weather is quite unpredictable. We are hoping for the perfect weather. However, please come prepared for temperatures ranging in the high 70's (°F) / 20's (°C) and possible low 50's (°F) / 10's (°C.)

Answer
Yes, there is complimentary parking at the Club at Renaissance.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP on our wedding website directly by clicking the 'RSVP' tab in the menu above.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 15th 2024.
Question
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by October 15th 2024, you will be marked as "Will NOT Attend." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. This will mean that you will not be able to show up on our wedding day. There will be no seating or food/drink accommodations for you.

What should I do if I cannot attend?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please select "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Will Attend" but find that you will no longer be able to make it, please notify Austin or Margaux ASAP.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

Are children invited?
Answer
We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the bridal party. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are requesting black-tie encouraged or cocktail attire. Guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire, such as an evening gown or a tuxedo, but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. The wedding party will be dressed in black tie.

Are there any colours that I cannot wear?
Answer
Please refrain from wearing any white, ivory or cream colour attire. Please refrain from wearing blue as well.

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
You may wear whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. However, we ask that you do not wear sneakers or flip-flops.

I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?
Answer
We will be serving appetizers and dinner that can accommodate a large variety of dietary restrictions. When you RSVP, please indicate any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a one hour open-bar during cocktail hour as well as a three hour open-bar during the reception.
