When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 9th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate if you can let us know at your earliest convenience! Sadly due to vendor deadlines, any RSVPs received after August 9th will be marked as a "no".

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. Please refer to the names on your invitation and RSVP to confirm who we can accommodate.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie, we encourage men to wear a tuxedo or suit and women to wear a floor-length gown. Dress to impress!

Are there any styles or colors you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Shades of champagne, blush, and dusty blue are preferred, but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, we recommend arriving between 3:30-3:45pm. There will be shuttles running from the hotel to the venue starting at 2:45pm.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a coach running between Grovefield House Hotel and Hedsor House.
