Welcome Dinner

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Elevated mountain casual — think polished Western with a comfortable feel. We want guests comfortable, weather-aware, but still photo-ready for that Tetons backdrop.

Join us as we kick off the week in true Western style - We’ll be gathering for a relaxed Welcome Dinner featuring light bites, pizza, and drinks. There will be music playing as we welcome all of our favorite people to the Wild West and celebrate the start of this unforgettable wedding week in Jackson Hole. We are especially grateful to Zander’s parents for hosting this evening at their Airbnb and helping make it such a fun and welcoming start to the celebration. Come as you are, settle in, and enjoy a cozy evening together before the festivities begin!

Wedding Day

11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Attire for our day is Western Chic. Cowboy hats and boots are welcome — and encouraged! We suggest dark, moody fall colors to complement the beautiful scenery. Please be sure your outfit and shoes are comfortable enough for a short five-minute walk to the site. Please no Jeans on the day of the wedding.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends in beautiful Wyoming! September 22, 2026 8:00 AM – Getting Ready & Details 11:00 AM – Ceremony at The Wedding Tree 11:30 AM – Family & Friends Portraits After the ceremony, we will head to Colter Bay and Mormon Row for additional photos of just the two of us with Megan. Guests are welcome to explore these iconic Grand Teton locations, though we kindly ask for privacy during this portion as we capture images for our future family. 12:00 PM – Colter Bay 1:30 PM – Mormon Row 3:00 PM – Cowboy Bar Flash Photos 4:00 PM – Photography Ends If you do not wish to explore, feel free to return to your Airbnb to relax or explore Jackson before dinner. Dinner: 5:00 PM – Gather (Jackson Hole) Dinner ends ~8:00 PM, includes food & drinks. Afterward, join us at The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar for drinks and dancing (self-pay). With Love, Z&M
