Yes, there will be buses transporting guests: 1. From the hotel to the ceremony at Holy Infant 2. From the ceremony to the reception at Silver Oaks Chateau 3. From the Silver Oaks Chateau back to Doubletree
Shuttle Schedule to the Church: 1st Guest Pickup: Buses arrive at hotel at 3:30 PM and will depart at 3:40 PM. Arrive 4:00 PM. 2nd Guest Pickup: Buses return to hotel and will depart 4:00PM. Arrive at 4:20 PM. Note: One bus with return to the hotel for one last pass to make sure anyone who missed the bus may get there, although may be a little late for the ceremony. Buses will wait at the church during the ceremony. Both buses will return for more guests as needed until all guests that need a ride are brought to Silver Oaks Chateau. Shuttle Schedule to the Hotel: The bus will remain at the reception and may be taken back to the hotel if needed during the reception. The buses will start transporting guests back to the hotel at 10:30 PM. The final bus departs the venue at 11:30. Venue closes at 12:00 AM. After the Reception: There is a bar in the lobby of the Doubletree hotel that will be open when we all return, feel free to join us there.
